For new customers requesting reservations on these holidays,
a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.

Additional pets are $5 each per day and additional visits above 3 are $20 per visit. The maximum number of pets to be cared for is 5!
Any excessive pet cleanups will incur a $7 per visit additional fee. Santorelli Services is a pet and housesitting business, and while we don't mind cleaning up the occasional mess, when it is excessive, we will have to charge an additional fee per visit.

Policies
Santorelli Services requires a "meet and greet" with you and your pets, prior to providing services. The cost for this is $10, payable at the time of meeting, and allows us the opportunity to become familiar with your pets, and for them to meet us! This is an opportunity for us to discuss with you the benefits and services we provide, as well as, the specific needs for you and your pets.
All fees must be paid in full prior to your departure, by cash or check, OR can be left in your home for pickup on the first visit. If you will be gone for an extended period, payment is requested up front in order to reserve the proper time to care for your pets.
Santorelli Services does not board your pets at all. We visit them for your desired amount of visits in your home or we will gladly stay with them overnight. Please see the rates page fees associated with our services.
If you return early, there are no credits or refunds issued. Based on your reservation, we have planned and allocated the proper time to visit with your pets, as well as others, and early return disrupts scheduling. Verifiable emergencies are handled on a case by case basis.
If you are unable to return on your scheduled return date, please contact us immediately so that we can adequately schedule arrangements for the care of your pets. Additional fees beyond the original reservation will apply, according to your rate card in effect at the time of the reservation.
Pet owners must respond timely to communication from us, once per day, minimum. We use this communication to inform you of the status of your pets & home, and to discuss anything that may be pertinent. Calls, text, or emails … your choice! We're flexible!
Your home should be a clean and safe environment for all … humans and pets!
There is a minimum of 1 visit, every 24 hours. We do this to ensure the health and safety of your pets and the security of your property. We take this opportunity to update you on the status of your pets and home. We don't like surprises or having to report them to you. Peace of mind for everyone, pets and humans!
